Sage Circle handles information submitted through this form for the limited purposes described below.

What we collect
Your name and phone number. If you choose to share them, your email address, your country and city, and any remarks you add. We also record the time and version of your contact permission.
Please do not put account numbers, PAN, Aadhaar, passwords, portfolio values or investment instructions in your remarks. The form blocks long numbers, and it does not accept uploads.
Why we use it
To create a lead, understand what help you need, identify repeat submissions by protected contact matching, assign the enquiry to a relationship manager, contact you at a suitable time for your location, confirm the service route, and create a specialist obligation when the subject requires one.
How it is protected
Contact details, location and remarks are encrypted before database storage. Separate keyed contact hashes support duplicate detection without using readable phone numbers or email addresses. Access is limited to authorised Sage Circle users with multi-factor authentication and a business need.
Human control
Submitting this form does not send a message, merge records, provide investment, tax, or legal advice, or approve a service route. A human RM reviews every next step. Specialist boundaries remain mandatory.
Retention review
Contact details are scheduled for a retention review after 365 days. Active service, dispute, regulatory, or legal requirements may require a longer period.
Your choices
You can ask Sage Circle to correct your contact details, withdraw contact permission, or review whether the enquiry record should be retained, subject to applicable obligations.
